We try to deliver the majority of products within the following number of working days of the order being placed:
- UK – 5 working days
- Europe – 5 to 7 working days
- Rest of the world – 7 to 28 working days
At busy times, particularly before Christmas, please allow more time.
Prints, posters and photographic prints
All our prints and photograph prints are made-to-order, so they take a little longer to be dispatched than our other products.
- Unframed prints – 10 working days
- Photographic prints – between 7 and 10 working days
Out of stock items
Occasionally some items may be out-of-stock. In this case we shall let you know the position on likely delivery.
Deliveries within the UK are usually by Royal Mail. We strongly recommend that you supply a current address for all deliveries.
Deliveries abroad are dispatched by Royal Mail and will be delivered by your postal service or carrier.
Our normal method of packing is as follows
Unframed prints and posters are delivered in a hard cardboard tube. Car models are delivered in a specially made hard cardboard box. Photographs are delivered in a reinforced board-backed envelope. Books and magazines are delivered in bubble wrap envelopes.
Shipping is by Royal Mail 2nd Class/parcel/surface mail. Unfortunately, these rates are outside our control and may be subject to increase from time to time.
If by any chance we send you the wrong item by mistake, we apologize if this rare occurrence happens. If this does happen to you, please contact us on +44 (0)1865 400414 to let us know what has happened and return the item as soon as possible. We will not dispatch replacements to you without the incorrectly sent item being returned to us. This is to protect both us and our customers from prices increases. We cannot accept any responsibility for items being returned to us that are lost in the post. It is your responsibility to see that returned goods reach us and in the condition they were sent to you in. Do not use express services or we will be unable to refund you the full cost paid.
